[...] The big news for July is that it is the month for ThrillerFest, the annual meeting of the International Thriller Writers. Once again the meeting will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in New York City. It runs from July 7-11 and a large attendance is expected. This is an exceptionally exciting meeting for Oceanview Publishing because our book, Thrillers: 100 Must-Reads, will be launched at the meeting and we expect at least fifty of the contributors to the collection of essays to be present. The co-editors, David Morrell and Hank Wagner, will play major roles at the meeting. Morrell will chair a panel that will discuss the importance of the book. Wagner as well as Bob Gussin, Oceanview CEO, will be panelists along with Tess Gerritson, Lee Child and Michael Palmer. There will also be several Oceanview authors attending the meeting including Ward Larsen, Terry Griffin, Sharon Potts, Barbara Levenson, Jack Dobbyn, Scott Pearson, Pat Gussin, Don Bruns and Jay LeBeau, who is also a nominee for Best First Novel for his book, Collision of Evil.
